Shipping Information
All parcels are shipped by Greek Post and are insured against loss.
Once the order form is filled with all the necessary shipping details, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order number and the shipping terms and conditions, at the address you have provided. Make sure to check your spam folder as well, as e-mails maybe land there. The shipping number will be sent by SMS to the mobile phone you provided on the order form, within 10 working days from the placement of your order.
Estimated delivery time of parcels is 4-5 weeks from the day of order. However, the above period is not guaranteed, as in periods of increased volume of shipments (Christmas, Easter, elections, sales) delivery times may be longer than usual.
All orders are carefully packed in sturdy cardboard boxes and protected with high-quality materials. Specifically, to ensure safe transport, each product is packed separately, using materials such as bubble wrap or individual paper boxes or wrapping paper, to prevent contact with other objects.
Refund Policy
Customers are entitled to refund only for orders lost or not delivered by fault of the transport company, and only if they do not wish us to send the order again.
Once we have established that you are entitled to refund and refund has been approved, we will ask you to send us your card information again, as our company does not keep or store payment data. The refund process is completed within 15 working days of receipt of the necessary information.
Customers are not entitled to refund for orders not received, by their own fault, and returned to us.
Customers are not entitled to refund for slight deformations of metal olive oil containers (tins) due to low-pressure conditions during air transport, as the content remains unaffected.
Terms and Conditions
Customer is solely responsible for tracking the parcel using the tracking number.
If you do not receive the shipment number within 10 working days from the day of submission of your order, please inform us immediately so that we may take the necessary actions. We accept no responsibility for SMS with shipment numbers not received, if you have provided an incorrect mobile phone number.
If you have not received the parcel within 5 weeks, please inform us immediately so that we can take the necessary actions. The deadline for reporting any problem with a parcel received is 5 days from the date of delivery. We accept no responsibility for orders not delivered to you by the courier company, because you were not available for pick-up at the address provided and/or could not be reached using the information you provided to us during the order submission process.
If the parcel is returned due to incorrect information declared by the customer or failure to deliver by fault of the customer, we will not be charged with the cost of reshipment. Customers who wish us to resend the parcel, will have to cover the costs of both the Return, and the Reshipment. Low-pressure conditions during air transport may cause slight deformation of metal olive oil containers (tins). Such deformation does not give rise to container replacement or refund, as the content is not affected in any way. For orders intended as gifts, we recommend opting for glass containers to avoid container deformation. Still, metal containers (tins) are a practical option for shipping, due to their lower weight and reduced shipping costs.
If your order is not delivered by fault of the transport company, we will send you a new one, at no extra charge.
Our company bears no responsibility for any duties, taxes or other charges that may be imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country. Moreover, we do not know or have information on what tariffs and tax regimes apply, as regulations and procedures differ from one country to another. Customers are solely responsible for getting information and covering the relevant charges.
Personal Identification Information
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information.
Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously.
We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.
